Terms of service

The agreement between you and Checkout Page Technologies for using the platform.

The service

Checkout Page provides software that creates checkouts and processes payments through your own Stripe account. We are a software provider, not the merchant of record. You remain responsible for what you sell and for your relationship with your customers.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used for prohibited or illegal goods.

Fees and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Stripe's processing fees are charged separately by Stripe. We give 30 days notice before any price change.

Availability

We target 99.9% monthly availability and publish uptime openly. The service is provided as is; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard and keep access until the end of the paid period. We may terminate for material breach with notice, or immediately for fraud or illegal use. Your data stays exportable for 30 days after closure.
