What we collect, why we collect it and how long we keep it. Written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, company), order data created when someone buys from you, and product analytics about how the dashboard is used. Card numbers are collected and stored by Stripe, never by us.

Why we collect it

To run your account, process the orders you make, prevent fraud, meet tax and accounting obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your customer data to market to your customers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax law. Product analytics are kept for 24 months. If you close your account, personal data outside those obligations is deleted within 30 days.

Who we share it with

Stripe for payments, our hosting and email providers, and analytics tooling under a data processing agreement. A current sub-processor list is available on request.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard, or by emailing privacy@checkoutpage.example. We respond within 30 days, usually within two working days.
